CPU Replacement Only Return Policy

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
- Any CPU that is physically damaged;
- Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
Memory Standard Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which Online Traditions states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days only“) must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
- Any memory exhibiting physical damage;
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number;
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer warranty label;
- Modules that were shipped with a manufacturer-applied heat spreader, but have had the heat spreader removed;
- “Kit” Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as complete set;
- USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing.
Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy

This is our Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Online Traditions states “This item may be returned for a refund within 14 days only“) must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. that are consumed once they are used. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Online Traditions being returned to you:
- Consumable items that have been opened;
- Consumable items lacking the original packaging.
Software Standard Return Policy
- Return Retail Software for refund within: 14 days (must be unopened);
- Return OEM Software for refund within: 14 days (must be unopened);
- Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 14 days.
Retail Software may only be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address if the packaging is unopened and untampered with. Opened retail software cannot be returned for refund. If you have opened a retail software purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the software for an identical replacement by contacting Online Traditions Customer Service and acquiring an RMA number. All OEM software including the operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the originating publisher, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. Online Traditions is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase. Products that state “This item is covered by Online Traditions’ Replacement Only 14-day Return Policy“, or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. Downloadable Software Replacement Policy

All sales of Applications are final. We do not accept returns of downloadable software. Software may require you to use a computer or other device meeting minimum system requirements, and you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device meets Software system requirements prior to purchase. Generally, Software system requirements are available on or from product detail pages. Once you have purchased a downloadable product, we encourage you to download it, if applicable, and to access it promptly to ensure that you have received it. You are responsible for downloading and confirming your ability to access software within thirty (14) days after purchase and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We will usually continue to make purchased software available in the Online Traditions Order History Page for additional activations or copies even after this thirty (14) day period, but we may, from time to time, remove without notice because of the Software provider’s licensing restrictions or for other reasons. Online Traditions will not be liable to you if any Software is removed from the Online Traditions Order History Page or otherwise becomes unavailable for additional activation or copies. Computer Standard Return Policy

This is our Computer Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Online Traditions states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days only“) must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. A new, unopened desktop PC, notebook, or tablet PC can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Online Traditions error. An opened desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at Online Traditions’ sole discretion . The following conditions do not qualify for return:
- Any defective desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC returned after the 14-day return period;
- Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;
- Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.
An opened and used Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC that is defective can only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address. For defective item returns after the 14 day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly. A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Online Traditions’ sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact us. Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to Online Traditions to be authorized. For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a refund or exchange as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
Television Standard Return Policy

This is our Standard 14-day Return Policy. All television sets sold on Online Traditions are covered by this policy (unless stated otherwise) and must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Online Traditions will be responsible for the cost of return shipping; please contact Online Traditions’ customer service department to obtain an RMA number and instructions regarding how to ship the product back to Online Traditions. This policy includes (but is not limited to) CRT TVs, DLP TVs, Home Theater Projectors, LCD TVs, and Plasma TVs. NOTE: For televisions above 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by Online Traditions. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact us to obtain instructions on how to return the product. Any television that is returned under this policy must be in new condition, in its original packaging with UPC bar code intact and with all original accessories and manuals. If the television is missing the serial number or UPC bar code, the return will NOT be accepted by Online Traditions. Any television returned under this policy that is found to be damaged due to the customer’s neglect, abuse or misuse will NOT be accepted.
Open Box Refund Only Return Policy

Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a refund. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. Online Traditions often sells items that are listed as “open-box.” Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are subject to a limited refund-only return policy. Such items can only be returned within 14 days of the applicable invoice date. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Online Traditions cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or Online Traditions) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an Open-Box product Online Traditions guarantees only that you will receive the product itself; accessories MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open-Box products. Online Traditions will not send you a missing accessory, even if the missing accessory is required in order to properly make use of all the product’s advertised functions.
Bulk Item Refund Only Return Policy

This is our Detailed Bulk Item Return Policy. Bulk Items (including but not limited to such items as Air Conditioners, Televisions larger than 37 inches, Home Entertainment Systems and Refrigerators) cannot be returned to Online Traditions for refund or replacement service. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. The item will be returned to Online Traditions and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax. If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Online Traditions’ policies as published under “Use Notices” on this website, understanding that you cannot return the television to Online Traditions and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. AIT shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. - Any LCD screen that has less than 8 dead pixels;

Online Traditions does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Online Traditions are covered by Manufacturers’ Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be stated on that product’s web page. Manufacturers’ warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer’s website. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting us. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Products that state “This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only” must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or “end-user”) of the item.
Bulk Item Return Policy

Educational Software Replacement Only Return Policy for Adobe
- Return Educational Software for refund within: Non Refundable;
- Return Educational Software for replacement within: 14 days (only if media is defective).
Academic Edition software is non-refundable. It may only be returned to Online Traditions for a replacement only if the DVD–ROM received is damaged. No other replacement RMAs are permitted for any reason. In the case of a damaged disk or otherwise nonfunctional software, a normal Online Traditions RMA must be obtained, and the disk returned to Online Traditions. If you have already attempted to install the software, using the activation key which had been sent to you, the manufacturer will be notified to cancel the activation key for that disc, and a new disc will be sent to you. Academic Edition software is non-refundable. It may only be returned to Online Traditions if the DVD–ROM received is damaged. No other replacement RMAs are permitted for any reason. Furniture Refund Only Return Policy

This is our Furniture Refund-Only Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Online Traditions states “This item may be returned for a refund within 14 days only“) must be returned to Online Traditions within 14 days from the date of delivery to the order shipping address for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Online Traditions, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you at your cost:
- Any furniture item that has been assembled (if product arrives unassembled);
- Furniture displaying signs of use.
Online Traditions Customer Service is available to assist you with all return requests. However, for certain products, you may be advised to return the product directly to the Supplier and not to Online Traditions. In such cases, Online Traditions Customer Service will work with you to accomplish the return.” Any furniture that is returned non-defective or with visible signs of use to Online Traditions, will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee as outlined in the General Return Policy. In the event that you do receive a product that is defective, you will still be responsible for any return shipping costs. You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Major Appliance Return Policy
- Return for refund within: Product must be refused at time of delivery. For Major Appliances, remove packaging, inspect product and call us immediately if product is unacceptably damaged;
- Return for replacement: If product is covered by manufacturer’s end user warranty, please contact manufacturer for warranty coverage.
Major Appliances sold by Online Traditions (including but not limited to full size Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers and Stoves) cannot be returned to Online Traditions for refund or replacement service once the product has been received and the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the product before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the actual product, call us immediately. You must call before signing for the product and while the shipping courier is still on the premises. Defective products may be covered by the product manufacturer’s warranty. If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the product is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to Online Traditions’ Policy and Agreement for Major Appliances, understanding that you cannot return the appliance to Online Traditions and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. - Any item that has minor dings or scratches in portions not visible when installed;

Academic Edition software is non-refundable. It may only be returned to Online Traditions for a replacement only if the DVD–ROM received is damaged. No other replacement RMAs are permitted for any reason. In the case of a damaged disk or otherwise nonfunctional software, a normal Online Traditions RMA must be obtained, and the disk returned to Online Traditions. If you have already attempted to install the software, using the activation key which had been sent to you, the manufacturer will be notified to cancel the activation key for that disc, and a new disc will be sent to you. All Complete Retail Systems may be returned within 14 days of the date of invoice. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns on a per unit basis. For all systems, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the systems back to Online Traditions. Any products that are not in “Like New” and re-saleable condition will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% based on the condition of the equipment, all at Online Traditions’ sole discretion.
